Smart Forum Success

Bglobal recently organised a brand new event, bringing together key decisions makers from its client base and other relevant parties to exchange thinking and best practice. The event was a great success in bringing together energy managers from a broad range of sectors to gain a deeper insight into the future of the energy industry and the implications faced by many businesses. Presentations delivered by Bglobal focused on key issues relevant to businesses interested in becoming energy efficient and saving wasted cash. Real life examples of projects were presented, involving our customers Wessex Water and Superdrug, who validated a breakdown of savings originated from smart energy efficient solutions.

Delegates had the exclusive opportunity to ask questions and listen to Bglobal’s senior management team address major industry issues enabling delegates to identify industry trends and receive updates on new legislative changes to come. Steve Watson from AS Watson commented “the forum reinforced what we have been doing and gave ideas on what we could do”. As well as revealing new ways to deliver value in a changing energy landscape, challenged by concerns of rising energy prices. The forum encouraged delegates to network with key partners to share ideas on how to make their organisations energy efficient. Claire Pick from Thomas Cook benefitted from being “able to identify with other Bglobal customers experiences and sharing best practice”.

On the whole the event was very successful and delegates had the unique opportunity to share the latest thinking and innovations. Simon Parker, Marketing Manager at Bglobal commented “At Bglobal we are dedicated to providing solutions to the many challenges confronting businesses, particularly in managing how they use energy and how much they pay for it. We are delighted that our customers were able to learn about various energy programmes that can improve a business’s energy performance and unlock wasted cash”.
