Birmingham, UK. 22nd April, 2010: Hundreds of customers, partners and potential new customers were able to meet with Bglobal Metering’s team of experts at the UK’s premier utility and technology event SustainabilityLive! and NEMEX this week. Bglobal’s bicycle-themed stand gave visitors the opportunity to use their muscles and generate power which was measured by Bglobal’s revolutionary new Smart1 meter. There was a steady stream of people willing to see how fast they could go and what was the average power they could generate over 40 seconds – the winner generated an average of a staggering 1034watts!
As the UK market leader for smart metering services (and by having one of the tallest stands at the show) it was little surprise that Bglobal commanded strong attention from show participants. Bglobal’s Sales Director Jon Turner commented “The event has been a great success, and we have really enjoyed the opportunity to talk with current customers as well as meet with many new potential customers and partners.
