JD Sports have been working very closely with Bglobal Metering over the past two years on the roll out of Smart Meters to 150 of our stores. Although the planning and installation had some challenges in the early stages, Bglobal Metering worked swiftly to resolve issues and modify their processes to maintain our confidence in their delivery. Bglobal Metering provided a single point of contact that provided us with regular progress reports to ensure the roll out programme remained on track and we have now completed the first phase of installations. The success of phase one has led us to increase our business with Bglobal Metering and we are now beginning to plan the second phase of installations across the remaining 180 stores in our estate. Our two companies have worked very well together and we look forward to successfully completing the second phase of installations

From September 07 Bglobal has operated as MOP for our NHH sites. They were responsible for changing all our NHH meters to AMR. The service was sympathetic to our needs when changing meters and has continued in a entirely satisfactory manner and in some cases suggested ways to speed up the meter change process. Good service received and on-going support is excellent. I would recommend them to others without hesitation or qualification.

Bglobal supplied and installed 278 AMR meters, NHH MOP DR/DCDA services and the provision of half hourly profile data via web based portal. The contract was let following formal OJEU Tender process. The roll out of the meters was carried out in a satisfactory manner. The energy team at Leeds City Council is seeing the benefits with more accurate energy bills, visibility of Half Hourly energy usage on their sites and we no longer have to rely on site individuals to take manual meter readings. We are expecting to grow this contract in the near future, including more electrical metering, and possibly other utilities.

We have been working with Bglobal for the past two years. This started with the fitting of their Smart Meters to our empty units. After six months we rolled out a program of using the Smart Meters as landlords sub meters on a number of our sites. In early 2008 we had our first Multi Utility system fitted comprising of Electric, Gas and Water. We have just completed a Multi Utility system in 17 units of an industrial estate we have just built.

The services have always been completed to our satisfaction. Due to the complex nature of the technology issues do sometimes arise, however they are always solved satisfactorily. Bglobal are eager to agree and set deadlines and have always stuck to these.

The system provided is exactly what we needed to sub meter our tenants round the country, with the added bonus of technical details, which have proved invaluable in our designs for further sub division plans. The system performs to specification is easy to use. The personnel are knowledgeable, polite and helpful. They are always geared to finding a solution to any problems encountered during fitting. I have appreciated their flexibility of approach and willingness to find a solution. Once the system is fitted they are also keen to help if there are any issues on data collection and the infrastructure itself. I have never had the need to complain as any queries are always dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Bglobal are a professional outfit who are easy and pleasant to work with, from the sales team right through to the data collections team. Of all the meter operators I work with they are by far the best.
