Biographies:
Peter Kennedy, Chairman
Peter established Bglobal Metering in 2003. Peter has over 25 years experience in the software industry where he has held a variety of positions. In 1983 Peter co-founded QCL Systems Limited and held the position of managing director. QCL Systems Limited was then sold to Optim Group in 1988. Peter was then the managing director of IQ Computing Ltd, a system integration business, for seven years. In 1997 he co- founded Utilisoft Limited a software company specialising in energy market business to business transactions in the UK, Europe and Australia.

Tim Jackson-Smith, Chief Executive Officer
Tim is the Chief Executive Officer of Bglobal plc. He joined Bglobal plc as Non-Executive Director in September 2008, moving to Commercial Director and General Counsel in January 2010 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in November of the same year. Prior to joining Bglobal Tim was a partner in one of the UK’s largest law firms where he gained a wide range of experience in advising businesses on all aspects of corporate and commercial law with a particular emphasis on fast growing technology companies.

Nick Kennedy, Chief Financial Officer
Having graduated from Oxford University with a 2:1 in Economics and Management, Nick trained as a chartered accountant at Deloitte & Touche and subsequently spent two years with Grant Thornton Corporate Finance. Nick joined Bglobal Metering as Financial Controller in December 2005 taking over the responsibility for day to day management of the finance function. Nick now leads the finance team and personally oversees working capital management, budgeting/forecasting, foreign exchange risk management and the sourcing of meter rental securitisation funding.

James Newman, Senior Independent Non-executive Director
James is Chairman of Straight plc, Brulines (Holdings) plc and a Non-Executive Director of Scott Wilson Group plc, Dignity plc and The Scarborough Building Society, as well as a governor of Sheffield Hallam University. He was Chairman of Bglobal PLC from floatation until April 2009. formerly Deputy Chief Executive and Group Finance Director of Kelda Group plc and Group Finance Director of a number of other public companies. He has also been Chairman of Waste Recycling Group plc and a Non-Executive Director of Richmond Foods plc before their respective takeovers in 2003 and 2006. James is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

David Gammon, Non-Executive Director
David Gammon is Non-Executive Director of Bglobal plc. David brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector having been an analyst, fund manager, stock broker and private equity professional. He has developed a specialist niche of advising and investing in,quoted and unquoted, UK high growth technology companies. He holds directorships at Rockspring and its subsidiary companies.

Nick Makinson, Company Secretary
Nick is a CIMA qualified accountant who has over 30 years experience in finance and administration. He was appointed Company Secretary of B Global Metering Limited in November 2003 and took on the same role within Bglobal plc in September 2006. He also holds positions with Utiligroup Limited, Utilisoft Limited and Utiliserve Limited.

Stephen Whitehead, Service Delivery Director
Stephen spent over 25 years with Norweb, and held various management positions with responsibilities for billing, credit management, revenue protection, customer contact, call centre and safety and faults information centre operations. Stephen spent a further five years with Vertex Data Sciences Limited, one of the UK's leading providers of outsourced business services and technology solutions. Stephen had specific responsibilities for business change, process re-engineering, major system implementations and played an active role in the de-regulation of the electricity market. Prior to leaving Vertex, he was the Business Development Manager for the utility sector. Stephen joined Bglobal Metering as Data Services Director in January 2004.
